Showroom Coordinator - Part Time
Cambria is looking for a Showroom Coordinator that will assist with day-to-day operations of the Cambria Showroom in our Sales & Distribution Center located in Kent, WA.This individual will be responsible for selling Cambria by providing a friendly, knowledgeable, white glove experience to trade partners and homeowners/consumers who visit the Showroom.Will work up to 24 hours per week. Monday-Friday days & hours are flexible, every Saturday 9AM -1PM required.Roles & Responsibilities:Assist in managing the overall look, brand and customer experience in the Showroom.Assist in planning, managing and hosting events within the showroom, either independently or with/for the Sales team.Build trusting relationships and collaborate with the field sales employees to support their sales efforts.Provide design solutions for consumers and/or trade professionals as requested.Maintain Sample and Marketing literature inventory.Update all supplies within the showroom.Maintain and submit expense invoices for reimbursement on a timely basis.Effectively service local business partners:Support the local market representatives' sales efforts within the architect, designer, remodeler, retailer and fabricator communities.Conduct outreach to potential trade partners and influencers (as instructed by the Manager) through phone calls and emails to generate leads and establish connections in order to drive additional traffic to the Showroom.Bring forth ideas to ensure that there is continuous growth of traffic within the Showroom.Conduct trainings, tours, and product knowledge presentations within the Showroom.Provide communication between homeowners, business partners, and the appropriate internal Cambria Representatives to assist with each unique situation.Accurately collect and update customer information through Salesforce on a daily basis.Educate on and represent the brand and product:Present product knowledge materials to business partners, consumers and any other Showroom visitors, effectively educating them on product attributes and differentiators.Help customers and visitors understand the value, quality, and history of the brand.Learn all sales and marketing programs and materials so you can present them to the customers.Actively use all social media channels Cambria participates in to promote the brand, product and Showroom.Qualifications & Skills:Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication.Professional and tailored in appearance to reflect our premium brand.Excellent presentation and customer service skills.Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external parties.Strong organizational skills, as well as the ability to maintain focus under pressure.Highly detail-oriented with a passion for perfection.Self-motivated.Thrives in a team environment that is fast-paced with multiple projects.Ability to work extended hours (evenings and weekends) if needed.Minimum Requirements:Education:
High School Diploma, Associates degree preferred in Marketing, Business or similar field.Experience:
One year of experience in retail or showroom, experience in commercial or residential industry is a plus. Comfortable collaborating in all aspects of the design process.Systems:
Technical proficiency in Google & Microsoft Suites, and SalesForce preferred.Travel Requirements:
Minimal, may be required to travel to other Cambria locations.Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds for displays, samples and other marketing materials. Requires lifting and handling of event set-ups and take-downs. Requires telephone and computer use.The US base hourly range for this position is $22-$28/hour. Our hourly ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the target for new hires for the position across all US locations.
