Description:Under the guidance of BHM Executive leadership and Manager of Analytics, the data analyst is responsible for creating project work plans, managing the planning process, and developing business plans or other related deliverables in a time sensitive manner. Key responsibilities include project plan development, project management, coordination of project teams, gathering/review of data, and report presentation. The role will also support BHM in analyzing and organizing qualitative and quantitative clinical, financial, operational, and administrative data. Facilitate data requests, analyzing data, and developing reports that will help monitor and track project progress and outcomes. In this capacity, may work directly with and take direction from executive leadership to address and manage various aspects of divisional operations that are assigned. Proactively proposes and develops methodologies to fulfill programmatic needs and reviews with administrators as needed.
Estimated salary range for this position is $62350.56 - $81055.73 / year depending on experience.
Qualifications:Degrees: Masters degree in Business, Health Service Administration, Public Health or related field preferred.Minimum of 5 years of related experience to include project analysis, project management, and presentation delivery. Must have excellent communication (both written and oral) and interpersonal skills. Must be organized, detail-oriented, with the ability to work in a deadline-driven environment. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, project management software, and internal data sources and tools (i.e., Prodiver, Tableau, etc.)Lean Six Sigma Black Belt - RequiredMinimum Required Experience: 5 years
