VML is seeking a Connections Manager, Retail Media to support the execution of retail media campaigns, focusing on hands-on management and optimization of Amazon DSP strategies. This is a great opportunity to work on a new business win for a giant CPG client.What you’ll do:

Assist in managing Amazon DSP campaigns, including audience targeting and bidding strategies.Optimize DSP campaigns based on performance data.Produce detailed performance reports and collaborate with internal teams.Work with a team to help drive client success.Who you are:

Excellent interpersonal skills, including strong written and verbal communication skills.Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work on multiple projects at a time.Proactive, self-starter with great organizational and time management skills.Ability to work well individually as well as collaborate with a team.What you’ll need:

1-3 years experience, agency experience preferred.Experience within programmatic media and working in DSPs (preferably Amazon).Strong skills in campaign setup and optimization on DSP platforms.Proficient in data analysis and reporting for retail media.Understanding and interest in retail media.What we offer:
