Key responsibilities include direct accountability for the performance and production of retail sales offices against divisional goals. Job expectations include leading, coaching, and mentoring lending managers to meet both financial performance targets and talent recruiting, client satisfaction/relationship deepening, associate satisfaction, and turnover goals.Responsibilities:Performs financial analysis of Sales offices to achieve goals for the overall Lending Divisional team.Drives the Lending Market Leaders to meet production goals.Coaches and mentors lending managers to identify performance gaps and devise action plans to meet divisional goals and metrics.Manages consistent execution across sales offices including recruiting and retention, client relationship deepening, and associate satisfaction.Partners with Division and Market Executives in Merrill to deliver on financial goals, strategic flows, and deepen client relationships with Lending.Managerial Responsibilities:This position may also have responsibilities for managing associates. 40Pay Transparency details:Pay range $225,000.00 - $275,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education, and skill set. Discretionary incentive eligible. This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
