Are you a seasoned dental professional passionate about clinical excellence and leadership? Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinic seeks a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Dental Care to join our team. This unique role allows you to split your time equally between clinical practice and administrative leadership, ensuring the highest standards of dental care across our clinics.

Key Responsibilities:
Clinical (0.5 FTE):
Provide high-quality dental care to patients, ensuring adherence to best practices and clinical guidelines.
Administrative/Leadership (0.5 FTE):
Oversee dental operations, mentor and support dental staff, and contribute to strategic planning and policy development.
Qualifications:
DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
Valid dental license in the state of practice.
Proven experience in both clinical dentistry and leadership roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to serving diverse and underserved populations.
