This role will perform a range of executive level and confidential administrative functions requiring broad and comprehensive experience, skill, and knowledge of the organizational policies and procedures. This person will be responsible for maintaining files, managing general executive correspondence, and facilitating the day-to-day needs of the executive office.HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCEManages executive's calendars, coordinates and arranges large and/or recurring meetings, luncheons, conferences, and seminars.Receives and greets incoming visitors in a professional manner.Develops strong working relationships and superior communication skills with all levels of the organization particularly the executive team.Gathers and coordinates data for executive team and executive committee meetings; prepares agendas; organizes special meetings and events; maintains attendance records; and prepares and distributes meeting minutes.Assumes responsibility for special projects; gathers data and prepares reports for the Board of Directors and other members of senior management.Screens incoming calls, correspondence, and responds independently when permissible and as empowered by executive supervisors.Prepares agendas, notices, and minutes for corporate meetings.Composes and prepares confidential correspondence, reports, and other complex documents.Creates and maintains database and spreadsheet files.Arranges complex and detailed travel plans and itineraries.Answers incoming phone calls, emails, distributes mail, and operates copy/fax machine as necessary.WHAT YOU’LL BRINGHigh School Diploma and a minimum of 7 years’ supporting an executive level administrator.Associate degree in an administrative assistant or related field and two years of progressive experience in an administrative office setting.Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required.Effective organizational and time management skills.Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint abilities.Exceptional oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.HOW WE’LL SUPPORT YOUFinancial Security:
