What You’ll Do:
Make waves by developing and running our swimming programs for all ages.
Keep our pool sparkling and our members smiling!
Recruit and train awesome volunteers and staff.
Collaborate with the community to bring more aquatic fun to everyone!
What You Need:
Passion for aquatics and a love for community.
Certifications in CPR, Lifeguarding, and more (we’ll help you get there if needed!).
A positive attitude and a team spirit!

Minimum Requirements:
The candidate should complete YMCA Principles and Practices within 2 years of hire.
CPR /PR- Red Cross or American Heart Assn.
Lifeguarding - YMCA or Red Cross.
Lifeguard Instructor certification.
YMCA- YSI, and/or Red Cross WSI certification.
