October 29, 2024 - January 29, 2025Supported by a $58 million endowment, the Jane Anne Nohl Division of Hematology and Center for the Study of Blood Diseases at the Keck School of Medicine of the University of Southern California and USC Norris Comprehensive Cancer Center seeks faculty members interested in basic, translational and clinical research in the area of adoptive cellular therapy, including CAR-T and TCR gene therapy. The Division has an active next generation CAR-T cell program which is expected to enter clinical testing in the near future. Candidates with experience in cGMP manufacturing of cellular therapy products and FDA IND process are strongly encouraged to apply. Preference will be given to applicants who have MD or MD/PhD degrees, BC/BE in Hematology and/or Medical Oncology and eligibility for a California medical license and DEA. However, exceptional candidates with a PhD degree are also encouraged to apply. Successful candidates will receive competitive compensation and appointment at the appropriate academic level (Assistant/Associate/Full Professor) commensurate with experience and accomplishments.About the Employer
