StradBio is working to bring targeted cytokine therapies to patients in need. We are working on precision therapies, finely tuned, to harness potent immune responses against tumors while sparing healthy tissues. We are looking for a highly motivated, independent, and energetic associate scientist/scientist to join as we look to move our innovative therapies to the clinic.

You will help design and execute experimental plans for functional testing of our molecules in various in vitro experimental systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in tissue culture, including mammalian cell line and primary T cell culture. Technical expertise with flow cytometry is a must, along with expected experience with immunophenotyping, phosho-flow, and other standard immune profiling assays. Experience working with regulatory T cells and familiarity with in vitro and in vivo tumor models is a plus. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a collaborative environment and contribute to exciting projects on the cutting edge of targeted immunotherapy.

Responsibilities:

Design and execute experimental plans for functional testing of molecules.

Conduct tissue culture techniques and assays.

Utilize flow cytometry and other immune profiling assays.

Collaborate with team members on various projects.

Minimum Requirements:

BS or above with experience in Immunology, Cell Biology, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in biotech or academic lab environment.

Proven experience with benchtop and tissue culture techniques and assays.

Excellent communication skills and organizational ability.

Ability to adapt and adjust to a small and unpredictable startup environment.
