Executive Chef 3
to join our team at the John Hancock Building Cafe in Boston, MA! The food operation consists of 1 Corporate Cafe that serves Breakfast and Lunch, and Catering Operations.The
Executive Chef 3
will be the culinary lead and drive the culinary direction of the account, responsible for food production for our main cafe and catering operations. The
Executive Chef 3
will have a primary focus on high-end catering and will be instrumental in elevating the food offering, ensuring quality and presentation. Other duties include but are not limited to:catering productionmenu planningorderinginventoryfood and labor cost managementcreativity and innovation while deploying our corporate programsmanaging a team of up to 6 hourly employeesleading, training, and coaching staffhands-on in the kitchen about 80% of the timeIdeal candidates must be extremely organized, have exceptional communication skills, and an eye for restaurant-quality food. Culinary expertise and attention to detail are key in our selection process.This position offers a traditional Business & Industry schedule, predominantly Monday to Friday.
Accrue 3 weeks of paid vacation per year (first year pro-rated based on date of hire). Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
