The primary duties of the Environmental Planner 2 include working on a wide variety of environmental documentation projects. Conducts environmental research; writes documents; evaluates potential impact of projects; devises mitigating measures. Working under the supervision of a Senior Environmental Planner or Environmental Project Manager, this position will be responsible for research and preparation of CEQA and NEPA documents, including coordination with environmental specialists preparing technical reports to be integrated into project deliverables.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Urban Planning or closely related fieldA minimum of 5 years experience in planning and designProficiency with Microsoft Office programsExtensive graphics and report document production experienceExperience with GISStrong oral and written communication skillsLeadership skills and ability to work in a team environmentMay require the ability to travelAn attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a mustPrimary Location
