is seeking a Store Manager to join our team. We are looking for an individual with knowledge of auto parts and some management experience.

This position is

BONUS

eligible.

The ideal candidate for this position will be responsible for motivating and leading a customer-focused team.

Responsibilities:

Drive Sales for your location

Self-motivated and takes initiative

Entrepreneurial Spirit

Lead and Motivate Counter Sales and Shipping Team

Manage Expenses

Proficient in MS Office, Outlook, Excel, and Word

Ability to motivate and lead a team

Provide excellent customer service

Awareness of market trends in the automotive aftermarket, understanding forthcoming customer initiatives, and monitoring local competitors.

Assure safety compliance with company requirements

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, while meeting time-sensitive deadlines

Positive, "CAN DO" attitude!

Must have at least 3 years of working in the automotive industry.

Must have one (1) plus years of management experience.

Possess strong communication and leadership skills.

Physical Requirements:

Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.

Consistently lift/carry 10-20 lbs.

Bend, reach, lift, & climb ladders/steps.

Stand and walk for the duration of the shift.
