When you grow, we grow.How you will make an impact:The Product Manager acts as a product champion and subject matter expert. In this position, you will have the opportunity to support and co-own the development of product strategy and go-to-market tactics.You will co-lead the development of materials to facilitate product education to internal, external, and industry customers, and generate market feedback to guide and support strategic New Product Development (NPD), sales, and targeted market objectives.The Product Manager is a global position based out of the corporate office in Camarillo, California.The Product Manager is responsible for promoting the commercialization of new and existing product portfolios, leading and co-owning aspects of product portfolio including strategy execution, life cycle planning, go-to-market tactics, and product deployment.Co-develops strategic product plans for current and long-term growth.Collaborates to develop business cases to support key decision making for new product requirements, pricing and assists in establishing initial sales forecast predictions.Leads the project management of various projects related to technical and applications content, qualification/validation guides, and presentations, including those for promotional and educational purposes.Suggests and leads the creation of content for sales & marketing collateral and supports the development of product qualification/validation guides.The skills and experience you’ll need:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science required.2-4 years of process, product, or market development preferred.Experience in the field of bioprocessing desired; international experience a plus.Ability to use basic computer skills is essential including the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) programs.Proven performance and a strong track record in project management, meeting and exceeding company goals is a must.What we can offer you:Full Medical, Dental and Vision coverage with HSA Employer Contributions for eligible plansAdditional Perks - HQ Onsite Full Gym, Ultramodern Coffee Bars, Free EV Charging Stations, Employee Discounts401k, Profit Sharing, 401k Advisory ServicesEmployee Assistance ProgramPaid Time Off, Paid Holidays, Anniversary HolidayReady to make an impact?
