United States-Virginia-RestonRole Summary:He / She coordinates all aspects of the Lamborghini America Super Trofeo series: regulations (the Sporting and Technical regulations from HQ and he/she manages locally with the sanction body (IMSA), car sales administration to Dealers and Teams, parts sales administrative analysis, organization of Super Trofeo Race Series, Academy & Driving experience track events following the procedure of HQ, Maintain Race Team relations and Series’ Partner contact. He / She is responsible to achieve the target of race cars on the grid given by Lamborghini HQ. Management of Corporate Partner activations at events. Agency partner event supervision.Role Responsibilities:Main responsibility – 80% of timeOrganization of Super Trofeo Race Series:Coordinate the Super Trofeo Series (external suppliers / agencies / partners scouting and management, logistics flow steering in effective and efficient way, guidelines and rules definition for ST local organization, support to the people in charge for Squadra Corse After Sales in achieving targets on ST spare parts business, etc.)Responsible to achieve ST targets defined for the RegionNumbers of Super Trofeo cars sold (following the lead of with the Regional Director Sales Operations)Develops race schedules and formats in America region.Ensures that all targeted and available openings on the Super Trofeo grid remain occupied.Ensures circuit regulations compliance and safety rules fulfillment.Serves as the central resource for all dealer partners to answer questions about Super Trofeo races and related customers activations.Additional responsibilities – 20 % of timeAcademy & Experience track events:Coordinates Academy & Experience track events locally in terms of: travel management, logistics and transports, warehouse, relations with suppliers fortiers contracts, relationships with agencies/suppliers, operational marketing (driving academy, customer experience, hospitality) by considering regions and dealers perspectives;Under the lead of the America Marketing Region VP, he/she coordinates: including programs set up, roll out tracking, training & driving instructors organization, contracts, overall A&E budget and insurance management, A&E fleet cars tracking and renewal (where and when present).Manages and monitors the Lamborghini Squadra Corse fleet car in the Region (not including commercial fleet cars of standard production vehicles used for Region dynamic events or A&E).Creates relevant programs that deliver results (sales leads, prospects, test drives, dealer visits, etc.) and properly represents the Lamborghini Squadra Corse brand at all touch points.QualificationsYears of Experience:5-7 years of Automotive ExperienceRequired Education:Bachelor’s Degree in Economics or MarketingDesired Education:MBASkills:Strong sales and marketing skillsAnalytical and conceptual thinking – using logic and reason, creative and strategicCommunication skills – interpersonal, presentation and writtenComputer savvy – skilled in the use of softwareIntegration – joining people, processes or systemsInfluencing and negotiation skillsProblem solvingResource managementRequired Skills:Professional background in Motorsport Management, Series Development, Team Operations Management and Customer Racing programs.7+ years of experience in automotive or luxury consumer product goods.Hands on experience working with executive management, corporate communications & employee/dealer communications.Demonstrate ability to lead vendors and manage high impact/high corporate visibility programs.Understanding of automotive industry processes and compliance regulations.Desired Skills:7 + years of experience with integrated program execution, including marketing, product planning, operations and sales.International Business, New Venture Development, Public Relations Management, Crisis Communications.Prior retail field experience.Strong knowledge of automotive brands and products and ability to compare and gain insights from out-of-category leaders.Level of technical understanding of Motorsport competition regulations and bespoke racing vehicle production.Knowledge of professional driving experience programs and driving school operations.Work Flexibility:Reston Based Hybrid Role70% / 80% travel domestic & international, including travel and work for Super Trofeo / GT3 / Driving Academy eventsSalary range is dependent on factors such as geographical differentials, industry-based experience, skills, training, credentials, and other qualifications.In the state of California, the salary range is $97,100 - $148,200.In the state of Colorado, the salary range is $88,300 - $134,700.In the state of Washington, the salary range is $97,100 - $148,200.In New York City, the salary range is $105,900 - $161,700.In Westchester County, the salary range is $105,900 - $161,700.In the state of Rhode Island, the salary range is $88,300 - $134,700.Volkswagen Group of America is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
