General Summary:
The Global Mobility team at Qualcomm is growing! We’re looking for an experienced Mobility Analyst to help scale the Qualcomm Global Mobility program. In this role, you will serve as a relocation subject matter expert (SME) for all mobility cases. This role reports to the Sr. Manager, Mobility and will work in partnership to create a competitive relocation program for all Qualcomm employees.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
Build and maintain relationships with recruiters, managers and other trusted internal partners on Mobility policies and practices.
Provide relocation subject matter expertise and consultation across all stakeholders globally.
Help create and maintain Service Level Agreements with relocation management company to ensure positive employee experience.
Define workflows and processes related to new hires and transfer cases including relocation payments, finance accruals, repayments, charge backs, invoices, etc.
Coordinate vendor relationships and drive improvement in the employee experience.
Identify metrics and create dashboards to track relocation usage and costs to present to leaders on a quarterly basis.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and
3+ years
of Mobility, Human Resources, Finance, or related work experience
OR Associate's degree or equivalent degree and
5+ years
of Mobility, Human Resources, Finance, or related work experience
OR High school Diploma or equivalent and
7+ years
of Mobility, Human Resources, Finance, or related work experience.
This position is office based in San Diego, CA.
Preferred Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Human Resources or related field.
5 years of experience in Global Mobility, Total Rewards, Human Resources or related field.
Experience working in-house or with a relocation management company (RMC)
Knowledge of home sale program and familiarity with the relocation gross-up procedures
CRP and/or GMS designations from Worldwide ERC.

Pay range:
$89,900.00 - $134,900.00
The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted. Even more importantly, please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Qualcomm. We also offer a competitive annual discretionary bonus program and opportunity for annual RSU grants (employees on sales-incentive plans are not eligible for our annual bonus).
