Dynatrace is seeking a
Program Manager, Customer Enablement
to design learning experiences and programs to complement and scale training offerings for Dynatrace’s Software Intelligence Platform and solutions. The Program Manager is responsible for the roadmap and definition across multiple learning channels.The Program Manager will design learning solutions for Dynatrace Customer Enablement, including e-learning, Instructor Led (ILT), and Lab-based training. They will make a substantial impact by designing programs for learner-centric experiences and aligning them to Dynatrace business priorities. The Program Manager requires a high degree of analytical ability to find opportunities to improve user development through change and creativity — proposing and developing the appropriate learning solutions to meet the business objectives of Dynatrace as well as bringing the solutions to market. They will also establish and consult on best practices and SOP for asset development, learning delivery, and learning support.As a program manager, this role will require interaction with various expert teams, providing instructional guidelines and objectives while relying on subject matter experts, developers, and delivery teams to develop and deliver a wide range of assets and offerings. Expertise in Instructional Design principles as well as the ability to establish governance and processes to coordinate various development teams, operations, and SMEs is essential. The PM will be expected to gather requirements and develop learning plans and experiences to support the learning needs and opportunities across the Platform. They must have demonstrated experience in creating customer and/or product enablement, with a record of success.The Customer Enablement Program Manager possesses a rare blend of business and learning design; a big-picture vision, the drive, and tactical ability to make that vision a reality. They should possess a solid understanding of adult learning theory principles and be able to balance the responsibilities of a program manager. The ILT Program Manager will initiate and manage the lifecycle of projects related to the customer enablement programs.
