What you will do:
Oversee and manage all aspects of a profit center, including operations and administrationRecruit, train, and lead the sales team, and work cross functionally with other departmentsMake strategic decisions based on trend analysis to identify profitable business opportunitiesCollaborate closely with the Branch Credit Manager to establish an appropriate account base and ensure financial stabilityMaintain strong vendor relationships, leveraging manufacturer information to market products and servicesFoster a positive work environment and develop future leadersChampion a safety-oriented culture within the organization, ensuring that all employees comprehend and strictly follow safety protocol and procedures
What you will bring:
Bachelor’s degree (B.A.); or one to two years’ related experience and/or trainingPrior leadership in industryMust have a valid driver’s licenseRefined leadership skills, including managerial and supervisory experience, and drive to motivate and inspire othersAbility to build and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and teamOrganizational and time management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively
