Atlanta, GA.The Supervisor is key in identifying and implementing year-on-year efficiency improvement initiatives and working with all internal stakeholders to ensure that all suppliers to whom Purchase Orders are issued comply with TKE policies. The Supervisor will also be instrumental in educating internal stakeholders on policies and procedures.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:Develop and implement process improvement initiatives for the Field Operations BusinessDeliver the annual savings target for the FPO Tactical team through supplier negotiations for low value field purchases – typically under $10kDrive spend compliance into established sourcing strategies.Collaborate with the wider PSM team, Field Leadership, and various operational departments to advance the company's initiatives to meet company goals.Work with TKE’s 3rd party qualification provider(currently ISN) and internal stakeholders to ensure that all processes and procedures are currentEnsure that all vendors available on ISNetworld are compliant with internal processes and available for engagement by the FieldManage the daily buyer workload to ensure that service level agreements are achievedHost quarterly meetings with internal stakeholders to solicit feedback, develop and implement action plans to improve team performancePlans and carries out assigned projects, resolves conflicts, and coordinates work with others to achieve the project charter/requirementsIdentify supplier performance gaps and communicate these to PSM Leadership as appropriateParticipates in supplier performance management initiatives with other internal stakeholdersCoordinates departmental schedule according to project priorities. Must balance competing prioritiesAccountable for accuracy and timeliness of work produced by assigned team and selfFacilitates effective communication between Field Procurement Operations team and various disciplinesProvide coaching and training to FPO team membersEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration. A combination of experience and qualifications will be consideredMinimum 5 years of Supply Chain experienceMinimum 3 years supervisory experienceMinimum of 3 years in the elevator industry or similar businessProficient in Microsoft OfficeExperience with ERP systems, Spend Data Analytics & ReportingDemonstrated understanding of purchasing policies, procedures, practices, and the value and use of procure-to-pay (P2P) digital platforms.Skilled at change management; well-honed “radar” for stakeholder managementExceptional persuasion and interpersonal skills to interact with suppliers, business leaders, and all other internal stakeholders.Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and presentation skills; comfortable and credible with both internal stakeholders and external audiencesExcellent organizational skillsHigh level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency to deliver resultsISM, CIPS, Six Sigma Green Belt, and PMP preferred
