$124,000 - $167,000What you will doThe Generative AI Technical Product Owner plays a pivotal role in helping Kenvue leverage artificial intelligence to address and streamline complex business challenges. This position involves working independently and leading projects of varying complexity by adhering to the company’s project management methodologies.Key Responsibilities:Work collaboratively with teams from different departments and functions to identify opportunities for Generative AI.Define the objectives and expected outcomes of AI projects, ensuring they integrate smoothly with existing systems and practices.Define value capture methodologies in conjunction with business stakeholders to effectively track the impact of AI and Gen AI tools and solutions.Keep abreast of the latest trends, developments and capabilities in Generative AI.Evaluate and improve business processes in relation to Gen AI applications, recommending enhancements when necessary.Communicate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders to keep them informed of project status and developments.Document Gen AI processes and maintain records and support materials for ongoing and completed projects.Manage Gen AI projects, ensuring they align with business goals and technology frameworks.Conduct thorough analyses to bridge any gaps between current operations and new AI functionalities.Design and implement AI-driven strategies to enhance business operations and solve problems.Train users and ensure they are comfortable and proficient with new Gen AI tools and systems.Address and resolve any issues raised by users and gather feedback to guide future improvements.What we are looking forRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in product management, technical project management, or a related role, preferably in a SaaS environment.Strong technical background with experience in software development, APIs, system integrations, AI, Data Science, or GenAI Solutions.Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.Demonstration of strong collaboration skills.Agile frameworks knowledge (Scrum).Working understanding of IT development, architecture, and infrastructure concepts.Proven ability to lead teams onsite and offshore.Ability to work independently and take ownership for results.Experience participating on cross-functional leadership teams.Experience with AI or Generative AI capabilities.Desired QualificationsExperience in defining scope and objectives across diverse platforms for AI or Generative projects.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and collaboration skills.What’s in it for youAnnual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $124,000 to $167,000.
