Job Description - Customer Service Supervisor (3309289)Customer Service Supervisor for busy retail shop. Duties include but are not limited to:Open and close storeOperate cash registerClose registers at end of day and make bank depositsHandle phone and online web ordersAssist with store upkeep and recoveryPut out new merchandiseAssist with annual inventoryFlexible with scheduling needsMinimum Requirements:One year retail experience with cash handlingHigh school diploma or equivalencyMust be able to speak, read and write EnglishAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentMust be able to stand through entire shiftLift up to 10 poundsFlexible with scheduling needsMassachusetts General Hospital is an Affirmative Action Employer.
