The Capital Forecasting and Analytics team is responsible for capital forecasting across scenarios for Citigroup and CBNA, while supporting senior management decision-making to achieve the firm’s capital targets. The group leads forecasting and analytics across the capital continuum, which ranges from business as usual environments to stress scenarios.
Group capabilities include forecasting capital ratios, and related measures such as capital capacity, Risk Weighted Assets (RWA), Supplementary Leverage Exposure (SLE) and the Global Systematically Important Bank (GSIB) score.
The group partners and collaborates extensively across Treasury and Finance teams including Capital Management, Citi Treasury Investments (CTI), Global Liquidity Management (GLM), Asset Liability Management (ALM), Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), Investor Relations, Controllers, Tax, Business Treasuries, CBNA Treasury and the Risk organization.
The Capital Forecasting and Analytics SVP is responsible for the forecasts and analytics on SLE, supporting active capital management to achieve capital goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive dynamic forecasting of Supplemental Leverage Exposure (SLE) for Citigroup and CBNA.
Conduct detailed analyses and presentations including trends, comparisons to prior forecasts, scenarios and actuals, and comprehensive attribution of drivers.
Work with Capital Controllers to understand drivers of actuals SLE, and have clear visibility to upcoming changes that could impact the forecast.
Partner across stakeholders including Business Treasury, Business and Corporate FP&A and Balance Sheet Management to execute against deliverables.
Engage with the broader Capital Forecasting and Analytics team to ensure consistency and accuracy across forecasting processes; understand overall regulatory capital management framework and capital forecasting processes.
Conduct ad hoc analyses to support capital management and capital action decision making.
Drive process, data, and infrastructure enhancements.
Maintain and enhance process governance, controls and documentation; work with independent review and challenge partners.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field, MBA is a plus.
10+ years of experience in the financial services industry or consulting.
Experience in Treasury, Capital Planning or Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A).
Knowledge of SLE and Capital is a plus.
Familiarity with financial markets, financial services regulations, interest rate environment and monetary policy, and macro-economic environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office – particularly PowerPoint (presentation decks), Excel (metrics and data analysis), and Word (business writing).
