This firm has been in business for over 70 years, being a well-known name in the market with an outstanding reputation.Key Responsibilities:As the Commercial Roofing Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of roofing tear-off/construction from conception through completion. You will be working with a cross-functional team and coordinating with them to ensure project milestones are met on time. You will be implementing rigorous safety protocols according to industry standards alongside driving continuous improvement & efficiency.To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of construction principles specific to commercial roofing systems. This will be crucial in managing complex building requirements effectively. Additionally, an uncompromising approach towards maintaining safe work environments is essential.
