Job Description - Project Support Specialist - N11 (2403430)Project Support Specialist - N11Required Qualifications (as evidenced by an attached resume):Bachelor's degree (foreign equivalent or higher). Work experience in early childhood development, programs and/or resources. Experience with Qualtrics.
Preferred Qualifications:Experience creating list serves. Experience with data entry. Experience in quality improvement projects. Experience working in a pediatric clinical setting.Brief Description of Duties:Provides care coordination and communication to families seen by the Early Childhood Clinic. Responsibilities include but are not limited to creating a patient email list serve, establishing both paper and electronic resource folders for families, conducting data entry for past and current patients, maintaining the patient database, executing quality improvement projects, and collaborating with the team. The ideal applicant must be proficient in Microsoft Office and Qualtrics for creation and maintenance of the database.Duties:Provides care coordination and communication to families seen by the Early Childhood ClinicExecuting and implementing quality improvement projectsCollaborating with the providers and Early Childhood team to facilitate care coordinationEstablishing both paper and electronic resource folders for familiesConducting data entry for past and current patientsCreating a patient email list serveMaintaining the patient databaseOther duties as assigned by Project Director.Special Notes:The Research Foundation of SUNY is a private educational corporation.
