As a Growth Manager, you'll be joining a highly selective team with educational backgrounds from Stanford, Princeton, MIT, and more, with a wide variety of career experience across investment banking, corporate strategy, previous start-up experience. The common link between all of us is that we like to have an impact and solve problems. You'll drive pipeline generation and acquisition strategy for Verkada's core product suites within the U.S. market. You will play a pivotal role in building and optimizing outbound automated marketing for the mid-market segment, as well as account-based marketing (ABM) for enterprise and global accounts.Responsibilities:Pipeline Generation & Strategy:
Develop and execute strategies that drive pipeline growth through outbound automated marketing for mid-market customers and ABM for enterprise and global accounts.Scalable Infrastructure:
Design and manage a scalable, repeatable framework for automated and ABM campaigns. Ensure seamless execution across multiple marketing channels to maximize impact and performance.Audience & Data Strategy:
Own the data strategy for audience segmentation, intent signal identification, and the optimization of demand capture programs. Leverage data to create highly targeted marketing efforts that drive engagement and conversions.Campaign Execution & Optimization:
Manage the full lifecycle of marketing campaigns-from planning to execution to performance analysis. Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns, running experiments to improve outcomes and reporting key metrics.Cross-Department Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams across data science, marketing development representatives (MDRs), marketing operations, product marketing, and sales to ensure campaign success. Drive alignment on priorities and share insights to refine strategies.Performance Monitoring & Insights:
Track and analyze key campaign metrics. Regularly communicate insights and learnings across departments to ensure alignment and drive continuous improvement.Data-Driven Decision Making:
Use tools such as SQL and Excel to dig into campaign performance and identify areas of improvement. Take a hands-on approach to understanding what works and what doesn't, using data to inform decision-making.Qualifications:We're seeking candidates who bring a combination of strong analytical skills, creativity, and experience in building scalable systems for outbound marketing campaigns. Ideal backgrounds include:Business and Sales Operations:
Experience in building automated outbound campaigns for business development representatives (BDRs), with a focus on improving sales pipeline efficiency.Growth Marketing or Demand Generation:
Experience in content creation and ideating campaigns that drive pipeline growth, with a focus on innovative and scalable marketing strategies.Marketing Operations:
Experience in developing scalable systems and automations to support high-performing marketing teams. Familiarity with CRM systems, data management, and process optimization.Other Analytical Roles:

A Verkada employee may be eligible for additional forms of compensation, depending on their role, including sales incentives, discretionary bonuses, and/or equity in the company in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).Estimated Annual Pay Range:
