The RD is responsible for ensuring all operational routines and company programs/initiatives are executed within their region. The RD is accountable for ensuring that we have the right talent and culture in the assigned district to meet performance targets.Essential Job Functions:Drives foundational excellence (staffing, scheduling, training, productivity, floor management, promotional readiness, and competitor awareness) within assigned region.Creates a sales and customer service culture through active performance management, consistent skill development, and coaching of store managers.Ensures the right talent and capability in the region through on-going development, assessments, and Workforce Planning.Responsible for leading execution of operational routines, policies, and procedures.Leads regional customer service strategies that ensure company standards are met or exceeded.Actively promotes and champions change by creating and leading new situations.Inspires the team by providing a compelling insight of the future that stretches others to perform at a higher level.Physical Demands:Ability to communicate promptly and accurately via computer, telephone, or similar device.Ability to balance, bend, kneel, squat, and reach.Ability to perform sedentary work.Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.Ability to travel by car, rail, or air.Education & Credentials:Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred.2-3 years of district management preferred.Skills:Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment tools.Travel Required (1 – 2 x’s per month or more).Store visits are 4 x per week; scheduled to the needs of the business.Now that we’ve popped the question, please say “I do”.Full Time Opportunity – A comprehensive benefits package is available.Rewarding Environment and Competitive Pay.Generous Team Member Discount After First Pay Period.Health/Dental/Vision Insurance.401K Program.Paid Vacation, Sick Days & Holidays.Love wins when love is for Everyone!
