Typically, this helps Gartner’s clients to execute on their strategic priorities, across all sectors, including:Digital Growth and TransformationApplications, Infrastructure and Security ModernizationSourcing and Spend OptimizationWhat you’ll do:Our Consulting Senior Expert Partners are responsible for subject matter expertise, high-level project delivery and oversight along with client relationship management. You will oversee teams, and advise clients at the highest strategic level on both big-picture and tactical matters, focusing on how technology enables a wide range of business outcomes.What you’ll need:Experience within a well-regarded management consultancy in a project delivery and sales capacityDeep technical expertise with large-scale end-to-end ERP transformations (ERP selection, design, sequencing, implementation, governance, etc.)In depth knowledge and experience with SAP ECC to S/4 Hana transformationsEnterprise Application Strategy expertise (creating roadmaps, selecting partners, choosing platforms, implementations)History of growing ERP consulting practices (grow, develop, evolve ERP consulting practices for Manufacturing, CPG, Retail and/or supply chain clients)Experience working with Manufacturing, Consumer Packaged Goods and/or Retail clients on very large-scale ERP transformations / enterprise application transformationsComfortable providing expert guidance and selling to, influencing and building trust-based relationships with senior executivesAn ability to be hands-on and to manage multiple client priorities simultaneouslyA consistent track record of leading people and building high-performing teamsMBA or other advanced degree preferredWho you are:Self-starter and a quick learner, demonstrates no-limits mindsetStrong consultative skill and problem-solving ability and strong desire to winDetail-oriented and analyticalPassionate about IT industry and digital transformationHigh performing team player with strong intercultural communication and collaborationWhat you will get:Competitive salary, generous paid time off policy, charity match program, and more!Medical, Dental & Vision Plans, Parental Leave, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), 401K matchingCollaborative, team-oriented culture that embraces diversityProfessional development and unlimited growth opportunitiesWho are we?At Gartner, Inc. Join us.Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 184,000 USD - 248,400 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan.
