The Work:
Use your Life Sciences Manufacturing / Supply Chain industry knowledge and technical expertise to decipher clients’ supply chain and manufacturing needs.
Lead teams of consultants to advise clients on using SAP to build state-of-the-art SAP Life Sciences Industry cloud solutions, leading sales pursuits and opportunity development of solutions powered by SAP tools such as SAP S/4.
Lead delivery of stand-out SAP Life Sciences Industry cloud solutions that meet your clients’ unique needs and position them for long-term success.
Build strong, trusting relationships with your clients’ senior leaders to help Accenture continue to be the go-to partner in bringing their long-term vision to life.
Help the continued growth of Accenture’s SAP practice by leading business development, proposal submission, and sales efforts.
Serve as an expert and thought leader in the Accenture SAP practice by continuing to build your own and your team’s expertise in SAP Manufacturing and Supply Chain.
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
Here's what you need:
Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP projects supporting Pharmaceutical, Medical Technology or Life Sciences distribution clients including but not limited to the following responsibilities: driving complex workshops and leading design decisions, as well as leading the design and execution of system build, configuration, testing, cutover, go-live in the SAP Manufacturing / Supply Chain area.
(SAP support / managed services experience will not be considered for this requirement)
Minimum 3 end-to-end SAP S/4 implementations, including project planning, estimation, and solution architecture for Life Sciences clients.
Minimum of 2 years experience and proven skills in at least 2 of these areas: PP-PI, QM, ICSM, BRH, CGTO, ICSM.
Experience managing SAP delivery teams, including in a Global Delivery Model.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience.
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, New York or Washington as set forth below.
