Based at our Capenhurst site location you’ll be responsible for the handover of Major CAPEX Capital Projects at CAPENHURST via One Capenhurst Commissioning procedures COM-T01 & CI-Eng-01-03, ensuring legal compliance for completion and submission of commissioning and ongoing maintenance regimes.What will your day look like?Create and maintain SAP Master DataCarryout plant walkdown / visitsPlant hierarchy FLOC’s & EquipmentMaterial Master and BOM’sMaintenance Plans in line with discipline engineer requirementsLoading of data via singular or multiple line volume via WinshuttleAble to hold technical conversations at a detailed level to ensure that the Capenhurst Maintenance Instructions and technical library are representative of good engineering practices and understand the underlying principles of the specific vendor recommendations with regard to safety and reliabilityAwareness of Safety Cases and when reference is required, plus the ability to recognise when the Capenhurst Change Management Process is requiredLiaise with Project Engineers, Maintenance and Procurement to identify spares for critical assetsDevelop and load BOM’s (Bill of Materials) into SAP, to allow for ordering and replenishment of parts in support of the required Maintenance regimeCreate / Maintain / Delete Plans as per Project requirementsRaise preventative maintenance requests (PMR’s) in line with discipline engineering requirements for detailed information about maintenance plans required, including frequency, to be signed off by relevant parties prior to changes in SAPEnsure procedure followed for obtaining any new Maintenance Plan numbersSet Plans live after PMR, and COM-T01 is fully approvedCreating / updating ArcGIS maps and related databases to enable department works information to be attached to maintenance plans for aiding maintenanceLiaising with projects to ensure accuracy of dataIdentify missing assets previously not loaded, or incorrectly loaded into SAPLiaise and support Engineering to ensure data is correct and accurately recorded in SAPCreate / modify any maintenance plans / BOM’s in SAP as requiredLiaise with Group IT on improving asset data, and associated asset data standards within SAPWrite / update procedures as necessaryAllocate all Maintenance plans / PMR’sAllocate all Winshuttle sheets used to identify new / removed assetsAllocate all ArcGIS MapsAllocate all Maintenance InstructionsAllocate all Bill of MaterialsEnsure all Operational and Maintenance manuals are listed and recorded in DocumentumEnsure critical spares are identifiedWhat do you need to be great at this role?Good working knowledge of SAP Asset Management / Maintenance planning modulesWorking knowledge of ArcGISWorking knowledge of WinshuttleUnderstanding of technical data (O&M’s, Drawings, P&ID’s)What can you expect from us?More than just a job, we offer a future.
