We’re looking for an experienced professional who can drive engineering quality strategy, planning, automation, and execution across a cross-functional client and service team.Purpose:

Lead a team of internal and external testersFacilitate setting the quality bar for products and servicesSet expectations for Testers and evaluate their performanceSupervise day-to-day Tester activitiesCommunicate with multiple stakeholders to facilitate the flow of informationDrive test automation strategy and executionUse data/telemetry to find issues and drive improvementsEscalate issues to appropriate owners to ensure issues are actionedImprove team processes strategically and based on feedbackRequired Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED required or currently enrolled and successfully complete a GED program within 6 months from start date as a condition of continued employmentMust be twenty-one (21) years of age or olderBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Related Field AND two (2) years Supervisory experience– requiredOR Four (4) years’ experience in a Management position– requiredOR Three (3) years’ experience in a Supervisory position with Wind Creek Hospitality– requiredFive (5) years of testing experience with at least one (1) year experience managing people– requiredExperience troubleshooting rich client applications and services– requiredPreferred Qualifications:
Experience creating and driving quality strategyExperience writing test plans spanning clients and servicesExperience automating test cases and executionExperience coaching early in career testersExperience partnering well in a cross-functional teamExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience using product/service telemetry to discover issuesAbility to build consensus within a cross-functional teamAbility to give actionable feedback on product implementationExperience working on video games or casino style gamesWilling to travel and participate in training and meetings as neededWillingness to work flexible hours when neededMust have a valid and current State Driver’s License and an insurable driving record for purposes of driving company vehicles as requiredMust have a Tribal Gaming License (or the ability to obtain and maintain a license) as a requirement for this positionMust have a Pennsylvania and/or Illinois Gaming License (or the ability to obtain and maintain a license) as a requirement for this position as requestedMust have willingness and ability to work in a smoke/secondary smoke environment
