Advanced Data Analysis:
Conduct in-depth analysis of website data, including traffic patterns, user behavior, conversion funnels, and campaign performance. Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.Strategic Insights and Recommendations:
Provide strategic insights to senior management and cross-functional teams based on data analysis. Offer recommendations for website optimizations, content strategy adjustments, and digital marketing enhancements.Reporting and Data Visualization:
Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards that clearly communicate web analytics findings to stakeholders. Utilize data visualization tools to present complex data in an accessible format.A/B Testing and Optimization:
Lead the design and analysis of A/B tests to improve website usability, increase conversion rates, and enhance overall user experience. Interpret test results and recommend next steps.Analytics Tool Management:
Oversee the selection, implementation, and management of web analytics tools and platforms. Ensure accurate data collection and reporting processes.Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with marketing, IT, product development, and sales teams to ensure web analytics insights are integrated into broader business strategies.Mentorship:
Mentor junior analysts in web analytics methodologies, best practices, and data analysis techniques.We’d love to hear from you if:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.4+ years of experience in web analytics or digital marketing analytics, with a proven track record of deriving insights that drive strategic decisions.Expertise in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).Strong knowledge of digital marketing principles, SEO/SEM, and online consumer behavior.Experience with A/B testing, website optimization tools, and statistical analysis techniques.Analytical and Strategic Thinking:
Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to think strategically and translate data into actionable insights.Effective Communication:
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex analytics concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Detail-Oriented:
High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality in data analysis and reporting.Leadership and Influence:

The hiring salary range for this role is ($80,000-90,000) plus a discretionary performance bonus of up to (8%) of base salary. Hiring salaries are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, parity with other team members, and alignment with market data.
