OVERVIEWThe Senior Project Manager will play a pivotal role in driving and influencing the outcomes of crucial infrastructure, shared services, and other IT-oriented projects that interface with both technical and business operations. The primary responsibility will revolve around managing projects that involve IT infrastructure.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACTResponsible for driving and influencing the outcomes of assigned infrastructure, application, shared services, and other IT-oriented projects that interact with technical and business operations.Adhering to the project lifecycle, including maintenance of detailed project plans, project charters, risks and issue registers, regular reporting, dependencies, and critical path analysis.Extensive stakeholder management, driving delivery through consistent and collaborative communication.Manage communication with all members of the IT department and 3rd-party companies and resources.Manage multiple workstreams at once and provide updates to VP and Director level stakeholders.

EXPERIENCE5+ years of recent project management experience with a focus on infrastructure-related projects.Project experience with applications, servers, and networks related to data center moves and cloud-based migration.Preferred experience with telephony and collaboration tools.Large-scale enterprise project management experience, handling projects involving 5,000 or more users is a prerequisite.Knowledge of governance, compliance, and audit requirements is required.Experience in the management of project costs and resource plans.Ability to lead cross-functional large enterprise teams to drive actions and meet project delivery milestones.Creation & maintenance of portfolio-level plans, including associated resourcing plans for the entire infrastructure team of enterprise environments.Proactive approach to project risk management, removing roadblocks, & issue escalation.Experience and understanding of business-critical functions, business readiness, change management, and communication.Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint/MS Teams highly preferred.Agile and Kanban experience is preferred.Bachelor’s degree and PMP preferred.
