OVERVIEWOur client is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and resident relations of one of their 250+ unit affordable multifamily communities located in Boston, MA.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Property Operations:
Efficiently manage all aspects of property operations, ensuring a seamless and well-maintained living environment. Implement and enforce property policies, lease agreements, and rules to maintain a positive and compliant atmosphere.
Resident Relations:
Foster positive relationships with residents by providing excellent customer service and addressing concerns with empathy and professionalism. Organize community events and activities to enhance resident engagement and promote a sense of community.
Financial Management:
Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring financial objectives are met and expenses are controlled. Oversee rent collection, financial reporting, and accounts payable/receivable processes.
Compliance:
Stay abreast of and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal housing regulations. Facilitate and oversee the timely completion of necessary certifications and inspections.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with property management teams and corporate offices to achieve common goals. Provide leadership and guidance to onsite staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
