Our continued success will set a new standard for what is possible in community-owned and driven development programs.RGF is now emerging from its highly successful initial 5-year pilot, and we are building a team to grow our community of supporters, investors, and partners to join us in our next phase of growth.What you’ll do:
This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, technical expertise, and leadership skills to optimize our fundraising infrastructure and support overall revenue generation goals.Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising operations strategy and execution planOversee and optimize all fundraising systems, processes, and technologies to maximize efficiency and effectivenessManage the donor database, ensuring data integrity, proper segmentation, and timely gift processingLead the creation and execution of fundraising reports and analytics to inform strategic decision-makingCollaborate with the Partnerships team to streamline donor communications, acknowledgments, and stewardship processesOversee prospect research and wealth screening efforts to identify and prioritize potential donorsManage the budgeting and financial reporting for all fundraising activitiesEnsure compliance with relevant fundraising regulations and best practicesDevelop and implement policies and procedures for gift acceptance, recognition, and donor privacyCoordinate with Finance and Accounting teams on revenue reconciliation and audit preparationSupervise and mentor fundraising operations staff, providing guidance and professional development opportunitiesEvaluate and implement new fundraising technologies and tools as neededCollaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of fundraising operations across the organizationProvide strategic support for major campaigns and special fundraising initiativesContinuously analyze and improve fundraising operations to drive increased revenue and donor retentionSkills & Qualifications:
Skills:Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to explain complex insights clearly and preciselyStrategic planning and fundraising strategy developmentDonor relationship management and stewardshipProficiency in managing non-profit organizationsExperience with fundraising campaigns and capital campaignsVolunteer recruitment and managementFinancial management and budgetingPublic speaking and presentation skillsEvent planning and managementGrant writingData analysis and reportingLeadership and team managementNetworking and relationship-building with local businesses and organizationsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Fundraising, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)3-5 years of fundraising experienceProven track record in meeting or exceeding fundraising targetsExperience with donor databases and fundraising softwareKnowledge of fundraising regulations and best practicesFamiliarity with financial reporting and audit preparationExperience in developing and implementing fundraising policies and proceduresStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPointWhy RoundGlass:
