Job TitleProject Manager, Project & Development ServicesJob Description SummaryThe Project Manager is responsible for the successful management of the design, planning and construction of real estate facilities projects, with accountability for accomplishing all project goals and objectives. Project aspects may include mechanical, electrical, civil, structural, and architectural applications; the associated administrative and budgetary control responsibilities; the planning, organizing, coordination of resources; and full control and execution of the project to the fulfillment of client expectations.Job DescriptionEssential Job Duties:Management of project deliverables, including developing scope of work, scheduling project reports, managing the development of drawings for clients and property/facility management team, designing and development and constructions phases for assigned project.Proactively manages project-related issues on an account or assigned project, as necessary.Ensure success in initiation, planning, execution, and completion of all projects against agreed upon targets.Maintain high qualitative and quantitative standards for work performance along with maintaining accurate and consistent electronic files.Prepare agendas and meeting materials, lead meetings, develop and maintain master project budgets and timelines as required for each project and project phase to ensure overall project objectives and client needs are met.Advise and obtain necessary approvals from management of potential organizational changes, actions requiring additional commitments and the need for expenditures in excess of approved budget.Coordinate and track all vendor RFQs and RFPs.Review all change orders and other invoices associated with the project and confer with client, all project financial information and management of services to clients as requested.Responsible for keeping building management apprised of progress at all times.Education/Experience/Training:Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field.5+ years of related experience.Solid project management skills with demonstrated understanding of project management business.Experience in client relations, client management and consulting.Autonomously able to manage a complete project from onset through completion.Read and understand construction specifications and blueprints.Ability to read and interpret architectural/engineering drawings.Prepare and track master project budgets.Highly organized with the ability to identify and manage multiple priorities at once.Understanding of technical requirements for various project types.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.Additional Qualifications:Strong problem-solving skills.Provides guidance to junior staff.Experience with analysis and reporting.Cushman & Wakefield also provides eligible employees with an opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs, generally including health, vision, and dental insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life, and disability insurance programs, and paid and unpaid time away from work.In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, Cushman and Wakefield provide eligible employees with competitive pay, which may vary depending on eligibility factors such as geographic location, date of hire, total hours worked, job type, business line, and applicability of collective bargaining agreements. The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
