In this leadership role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing high-impact talent management initiatives that support our organization's strategic objectives. You will play a crucial role in shaping our company culture, fostering employee engagement, and driving organizational performance.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute comprehensive talent management strategies to attract, develop, retain, and engage top talent across the organization.Lead the design and implementation of leadership development programs and succession planning processes.Partner with senior leadership to identify key talent needs and develop targeted plans.Oversee performance management processes, ensuring alignment with business goals and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.Analyze talent data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations for improving talent management practices.Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to create a more inclusive workplace.Collaborate with HR and business leaders to drive organizational change and improve employee experience.Manage and mentor a team of talent management professionals, providing guidance and support for their professional growth.Education and ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in talent management, organizational development, or a related area.Proven experience in leading talent management initiatives and driving organizational change.Skills, Knowledge, and AbilitiesStrong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Work Environment/Physical DemandsThis position is primarily sedentary and requires the associate to be seated for the majority of the workday.The role involves sitting and regularly typing on a keyboard for extended periods.Requires the ability to observe a computer screen for long durations, including reviewing personal and others’ work as well as incoming and outgoing communications via computer and mobile devices.Must be able to work remotely, manage workload efficiently, prioritize projects with minimal supervision, and maintain a quiet setting while interacting with customers.The role necessitates clear listening and speaking abilities for effective communication with customers and colleagues.This position may require up to 20% travel.
