Join our dynamic team and make your mark on the payments technology landscape of tomorrow.PURPOSEThe NetSuite Quality Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our Netsuite instances. They will be responsible for writing test scenarios and implementing those tests in two Netsuite environments. The successful candidate will also be debugging and defining corrective actions for issues they encounter. They also must be able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, own deliverables end to end, prioritize workload effectively, and thrive in a dynamic environment. This individual must also work well under pressure - to meet ongoing and overlapping deadlines - while following a stringent release process.The candidate will work closely with various business teams to create and build functional operational support through the Enterprise Systems applications. Candidates must possess the ability to understand business requirements.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESAnalyze user stories and the solutions developers and administrators implement to develop and execute comprehensive testing scenarios

Identify, record, document, and track bugs

Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolves

Assist in supporting 2 separate instances of Netsuite

Create detailed documentation for User Acceptance Testing

Conduct post-release/post-implementation testing

Analyze user's stories and use cases/requirements for validity and feasibility

Monitor debugging process results

Stay up to date with new testing tools, requirements, and strategies

Perform other duties as assigned

COMPETENCIES (KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS or ABILITIES / BEHAVIOR)EssentialKnowledge of implementing and troubleshooting NetSuite workflows, saved searches, reports, dashboards, roles and permissions

5+ years of Netsuite ERP/CRM experience

Ability to be a self-starter who can work independently and also collaboratively with a team

Comfortable meeting with stakeholders and Product Owners about issues that arise or enhancements that are requested

Demonstrates analytical, problem-solving, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills

Familiarity with the Agile Methodology

Works well in a collaborative environment

Proven experience as a QA tester or similar role

Experience with QA methodologies

Ability to document and troubleshoot errors

Ability to write test scenarios for QA and UAT testing

SkillsAnalytical with excellent attention to detail

Ability to multitask effectively and work against tight deadlines

Must have excellent written and verbal communications

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONSAt least Bachelor's degree in a related discipline

At least 5 years relevant experience using Netsuite

Experience working in an Agile Software Development organization

NetSuite Certification and experience with Suitebilling and/or WMS a plus
