As the North America (NA) Ecommerce Manager at Elevate Outdoor Collective (EOC), you will be a pivotal leader on our global Ecommerce team, reporting directly to the Global Ecommerce Business Director. In this role, you will drive the expansion of our online operations within the European market for all portfolio brands. Your responsibilities span United States and Canada ecommerce strategy, revenue growth, compliance, inventory management, promotional campaigns, and data driven decision making. Collaborating with other business leaders and brand marketers, you will ensure accurate NA communication through our ecommerce channel while consolidating brand analytics for a comprehensive view of the NA ecommerce success. This role will contribute to driving best practices for our ecommerce channel in collaboration with the Global Ecommerce Business Director.Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with the Global Ecommerce Business Director to craft and execute a dynamic ecommerce strategy tailored to the United States and Canadian market while ensuring alignment with overarching global goals and objectives.Proactively monitor regulatory changes and adapt our processes accordingly.Partner cross functionality to confirm required inventory is available for NA operations, ensuring optimal stock levels to meet customer demand and minimize stockouts. Oversee day-to-day ecommerce communication to maintain seamless website functionality, checkout experiences, and accurate inventory management.Model revenue targets for the United States and Canada to influence inventory purchase. Championing innovative initiatives to attain these targets. Leverage deep analysis of sales data, conversion rates, and customer behavior to identify strategic opportunities for revenue growth and optimization.Generate visual reports detailing NA ecommerce status to the Global Ecommerce Business Director and other stakeholders.Collaborate with NA brand marketing teams to coordinate direct-to-consumers communication requirements through the ecommerce business.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously enhance user experience, site navigation, and overall online journey.Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.• 10 years of business experience with 5+ years of focused ecommerce experience.• Track record of successfully achieving revenue targets and driving ecommerce growth.• Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.• Proficiency as an Excel power user, capable of utilizing advanced functions for data analysis, model creation, and visual reporting.• The ability to communicate to all levels of an organization with analytics and data visualization tools to tell a story.• Proficiency in relevant ecommerce platforms, analytics tools, and MS Office suite.Physical Requirements
• Ability to sit for long periods of time.• Ability to enter data for long periods of time.• Ability to sit in front of computer for long periods of time.• May be required to lift 15-50 pounds occasionally.This is a Salary position with Elevate Outdoor Collective.
