Optimize Operations: Identify inefficiencies, recommend improvements, and implement strategies to boost productivity, sales, and customer satisfaction using data-driven decisions.Lead with Purpose: Manage and coach a team of associates, set clear goals, and maintain high standards to align with company objectives and deliver exceptional customer service.Leverage Data: Analyze store performance data to guide decisions that improve sales, efficiency, and customer experience.Drive Continuous Improvement: Refine processes, reduce waste, and implement best practices to enhance store operations.Set and Track Goals: Establish KPIs to monitor progress, address challenges, and ensure targets are met.Collaborate Across Teams: Work with departments like inventory, HR, and leadership to ensure smooth store operations.Ensure Safety and Compliance: Lead safety initiatives and maintain a clean, compliant, and customer-friendly environment.Communicate Insights: Present data-driven reports to leadership, offering insights on performance, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.Qualifications
Proven experience managing retail operations, with a strong focus on improving systems and driving efficiency.Skilled in using data to identify trends, performance gaps, and areas for operational improvement.Strong problem-solving skills, with a track record of implementing creative and practical solutions.A detail-oriented leader who can manage complex workflows, track metrics, and keep things running smoothly.A clear and effective communicator who can present complex ideas and collaborate across functions.Adaptable, able to adjust strategies and tactics to meet changing needs and new technologies.Experience leading teams, fostering accountability, and motivating employees to achieve performance goals.A Bachelor’s degree in business, retail management, or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred.Compensation
