The Associate Project Manager is a key member of a project team, working closely with various departments. You are responsible for completing standard quotes and projects while managing the work of one or more customer accounts to ensure customer satisfaction, establish deliverables on time, and help identify and increase account potential. The role will be to communicate with customers on day-to-day issues such as clarifying work to be completed, updating project status, and providing delivery schedules.About Regulated IndustriesRWS Regulated Industries is a highly specialized division of RWS, a world-leading provider of technology-enabled language, content, and intellectual property services. The Regulated Industries division is focused on developing translation and content management solutions tailored to address the complex regulatory environment in force with premium sectors such as Life Sciences and Healthcare (pharmaceuticals, medical devices, CROs, healthcare companies), Finance (banks, asset management companies, insurance providers, fintech), and Legal (law firms, audit companies).Key ResponsibilitiesManage client requirements, needs, concerns, production risks, and requests.Provide status reports on projects and serve as a primary point of contact to the client on assigned projects.Lead presentations educating clients about project steps, timelines, and deliverables.Ensure client satisfaction by proactively seeking and offering solutions.Ensure strict adherence to deadlines, budgets, and the completion of high-quality deliverables.Understand and adhere to the company Quality Management System.Lead the creation of workflows and project instructions for internal teams.Perform administrative duties which include project closures and folder structure maintenance.Mentor junior staff as needed.Skills & ExperienceWritten and spoken English at an advanced level.Degree in Business, English, Foreign Language, Applied Science, or another related field.At least 1 year of hands-on experience coordinating projects within the localization/translation industry.Experience with Trados or other translation management tools.Ability to provide leadership for employees and provide appropriate guidance when needed.Ability to resolve customer service and production issues in a professional and efficient manner.Quality focus and detail-oriented.Multi-tasking and ability to work under time pressure.
