We support, reward and challenge individuals equally, in a dynamic and energetic environment.What You Will DoLead commercial negotiations for commodity assignedManage existing FE vendors with strong negotiation and analytical skillsSourcing new supplier base on business requirement, drive RFQsSupport Sourcing Director to analyze existing vendors and new vendors, generate supplier sourcing strategy, which is the best to NexperiaManage yearly cost reduction plan of responsible suppliers, drive the YoY payment terms with vendorsHave working experience of Wafer Products / Bare Die / Component Sourcing from suppliersDevelop, update price roadmaps & do benchmark study with various suppliers, do Cost Model StudyMaintain close relationship with supplier’s key account manager and decision makersSupport Supply-Chain team to achieve sufficient capacity allocation from FE vendorsSupport Operation, Quality and BG Project team on all commercial related discussion and negotiationManaging and/or leading international commercial procurement projectsResponsible for contract management with vendorsWhat You Will NeedBachelor’s degree or equivalent is requiredProven procurement experience in Foundry manufacturing environment or semiconductor product company is requiredAt least 5 years of solid sourcing experience is requiredExperience of Semiconductor product engineering of Power and Discrete is preferredExperience of Semiconductor IDM house, operation, supply chain management is preferredStrong Negotiation and Analytical Skills, strong Project Management and Leadership SkillsExcellent English and Mandarin verbal and written communication skillsTeam builder/player, hands-on workerAbility to prioritize and work on multiple activities at one timeAbility to work independently in a dynamic and ambiguous global environment supporting multiple time zonesGood datasheet management skills through SAPRegular travel is needed for this positionAbout the TeamThe external manufacturing team is responsible for both foundry sourcing and product sourcing. We are responsible for new vendor survey and selection, existing vendor maintenance and development. Saving is the most critical KPI in our team.
