This is a strategic leadership position to expand our roadway / transportation practice in FDOT's District 3. The ideal candidate will bring at least 10 years of experience working with Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) in District 3 and surrounding districts. Candidates must have civil engineering experience with a focus in roadway / transportation design and project management in the consulting industry and/or experience working with, or for, public sector clients. Manage and grow a production team, strengthen client relationships, lead project pursuits, and lead delivery of roadway / transportation design projects.Identify business opportunities and lead the successful pursuit of roadway / transportation design projects.Manage personnel, budgets, schedules, sub consultants and client interaction.Work closely with the area Operations Manager and Transportation Practice Leader in business development activities and manage resources to successfully workshare across the company on multiple projects.Requirements:
