Today, Lonza is one of the world’s largest healthcare manufacturing organizations operating across five continents.ResponsibilitiesThe Associate Director of Quality Systems & Compliance will lead and mentor a team focused on achieving quality and compliance objectives.They will oversee all Quality Systems & Compliance activities, ensuring alignment with the site’s overall quality strategy and maintaining oversight of cGMP activities in customer-dedicated areas.As a key member of the Senior Quality Leadership Team, they will drive strategic initiatives that promote a culture of quality awareness and compliance throughout the organization.This role involves collaborating with leaders across functions to enhance quality performance and alignment.Additionally, the Associate Director will conduct regular assessments of the Quality System's effectiveness, report findings to the leadership team, and coordinate audits and inspections to ensure adherence to corporate standards and regulatory requirements.RequirementsBachelor's Degree in life science related field7-10 years of experience
