Hyve Solutions is looking for a highly talented, detail-oriented, and motivated individual with proven communication skills and a strong work ethic to work in a challenging, fast-paced, energetic environment. This position will be responsible for leading and managing a team of operators to build quality products, drive continuous improvement plans, and resolve personal and technical problems quickly.Responsibilities

Partner with the Sr. Manager of Manufacturing to support daily work functions and ensure the achievement of daily business goals.Partner with Management to be groomed into a Leadership role.Coordinate internal and external training and coach/manage manufacturing operators to ensure desired performance is achieved and all operating standards are adhered to.Ensure compliance with safety and professional standards within a facility. Maintain training and development plans for employees to follow company policy, maintain high quality, and ensure a safe working environment while following ISO 9001 & 14001 standards.Produce server/rack products according to provided specifications, including quality and quantity. Supervise daily work of all staff, assisting in problem-solving to achieve daily/weekly KPIs.Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as product line Run Rates and First Pass Yield by identifying inefficiencies and taking responsive and corrective actions utilizing:

Lean Manufacturing tools and Kaizen eventsQRQC (Quick Response Quality Control) and LPA (Layered Process Audit) programsConduct 5S – Maintain cleanliness and organization of the manufacturing floor daily

Resolve technical issues as soon as possible.Work with Manufacturing Engineering to improve and update MPIs, Tools, Fixtures, and overall processes.Collaborate with MFG PM, Warehouse, PE/QE, and Facility to ensure optimal efficiency, remove obstacles, and eliminate unnecessary downtime to achieve production goals.Maintain communication between employees and senior management to ensure procedures and policies are well understood and communicate with other shifts to ensure effective production handovers.Review employee performance, recognize contributions, and support career growth.Possess working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.Support opening and closing of the manufacturing building.Be punctual to set up work schedules and support work on weekends as needed.Perform other duties as assigned.Minimum Requirements

BS in Engineering or an Associate degree with a minimum of 3 years of electronic manufacturing experience.Ability to work and understand engineering instructions and specifications.Excellent presentation and communication skills, fluent in English.Salary
