Our
Senior Technical Project Manager
(PM) will manage complex projects as part of our MVH (Military and Veterans Health) group and interact closely with our shared services team. You will be a driving force behind our Agile software development projects.
With your proven Agile (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) expertise, technical acumen, and mastery of DevOps, you will guide teams to success within our DevOps-focused environment.
Utilizing excellent communication and collaboration are critical to working with stakeholders and fostering a high-performing team culture. Lead and track the delivery on multiple highly complex projects with heavy technology components.In this role you will:Drive Project Execution:
Define scope, timelines, and budgets. Use your technical background to optimize resource allocation, proactively mitigate risks and solve complex problems. Ensure all requirements, project plans, resolved issues, and changes are communicated to all affected team members.Champion Agile Practices:
Lead or participate in Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) to keep projects on track and teams aligned.Support the Execution of DevOps Efficiency:
Optimize CI/CD pipelines and workflows within Azure DevOps (ADO), championing DevOps principles throughout the team.Lead and Empower Teams:
Coach and mentor team members, address roadblocks, and create a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.Build Stakeholder Relationships:
Provide clear project updates, manage expectations, and proactively address any concerns. 5 or more years working in highly technical or complex environments.Leadership skills:
Ability to motivate others, work collaboratively with teams and lead without direct authority.Environment:
Work experience in an Insurance, claims processing, healthcare or payor environment.Scrum Experience:
5 or more years working on Scrum teams, ideally as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager.Technical Foundation:
Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), databases, and/or cloud technologies.DevOps Mindset:
Familiarity with DevOps automation and CI/CD best practices, as well as experience with ADO.Outstanding communicator, collaborator, negotiator, and problem-solver.Certification:
CSM, PSM, PMP or equivalent is a major plus.Salary Range$100,000 ~ $120,000The base pay offered for this position may vary within the posted range based on your job-related knowledge, skills, experience
