Posted 7 months agoDescriptionMarket Center Administrator/Director of Operations (MCA) needed for Keller Williams Realty Office in West Broward. The MCA must understand that to run effectively and efficiently, a Market Center must tend to its associates’ needs in such a way that they (the associates) are receiving the expected level of service and remain satisfied with the level of service provided by the real estate office.

This is a heavy bookkeeping position

so you must love bookkeeping and Operations.The MCA will be involved with clerical, administrative, agent associates, and managerial parties on an ongoing daily basis. As such the MCA must ensure that appropriate bookkeeping and accounting systems are accurately maintained. They may also be tasked with managing, training, and consulting the agent services team and assisting the Team Leader in managing agents and the Market Center. You are also the Director of Operations for our office.You must take the DISC assessment to proceed with the application.Compensation:Salary Range is $55K-65K + BonusBenefits package will be offeredBonus based on monthly profitability of the officeGrowth potentialPrimary Objectives:Accurate banking and accounting serviceComputerized bookkeeping and general computer experiencePurchasingGeneral office skillsTraining and Consulting AgentsAssist Team Leader in managing agents and officeSupervise office staffRegular Work Activities and Primary Responsibilities:Computer inputBookkeeping (A/R and A/P)Systems implementationPurchasing (supplies and equipment)Maintain office equipment and technologyCreate agendas and record meeting minutesHiring, training, and consulting personnelTraining & Teaching Agent FinancialsIntroduction of new products/services to existing agent associatesMarketing listings - Strong IT skills necessaryAssisting Agents and their Admin Staff and helping them to have an extraordinary experience.Managing the office employees.
