If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.We are currently seeking a Senior Director - Healthcare Solutions - Provider Vertical (REMOTE POSITION) to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States.In this role, the successful person will have the opportunity to:Be a part of Provider Industry Solutions group focusing on developing industry relevant solutions and offeringsIn partnership with Provider Industry Sub-vertical and Business consulting teams, provide strategic domain expertise/guidance to identify and design a comprehensive set of solutions to meet the provider industry needsDevelop business case, sales strategy, and account sales strategy in partnership with Finance, Sales Executive and Client Executive teamsOwn a portfolio of solutions and offerings, develop sales positioning strategy, develop marketing materialCoordinate and manage with the build team (development teams)Responsible for developing go-to-market content, building first-call deck for solutions and participate in client engagements to position the identified solutionsParticipate in client interactions, RFP responses to position industry differentiating POVs, solutions and innovationsBuild partnerships with horizontal technology practices to develop industry specific wrappers for horizontal solutionsAct as a visionary, championing content, storytelling, and leading digital innovation and drive RFP responsesLead a team of up to 10 provider solution subject matter expertsWe are looking for candidates with strong techno-functional expertise and experience of Care Provider/Health System health system infrastructure, systems, and technologies.To be successful in this role, you need to have knowledge of Provider domains such as Patient Engagement & Physician Experience Transformation, Provider Data, Analytics & Interoperability, EPIC (or any other EHR/EMR) experience, Clinical Operations; but need not be an expert. Also, solution strategy and design expertise and experience in data-driven, patient-centric and intelligent health system solutions such as but not limited to the areas of real-time operational intelligence, healthcare IoT, total patient/provider experience, unified care communication and collaboration and solutions powered by advanced analytics and AI solutions will be an added advantage.Basic Qualifications:Minimum 12+ years of experience in Hospital Provider domain in the North America geographyMinimum 5 years of demonstrated experience in translating business strategies into solution strategies & development cyclesMinimum 5 years of demonstrated experience in developing solutions in a matrixed organization working with consulting, technology and other domain SMEs across healthcare industry units into effective technical solutionsBachelor’s or master’s degree in a Medical field, Computer Science, Math or related fields.Preferred Qualifications:Self-directed and capable of working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environmentStrong technical leadership and expert consultative and communications skillsSignificant enterprise expertise in developing and architecture solutions in a collaborative environmentSubstantial demonstrated experience in health infrastructure, systems, and technologies and modernization of existing legacy ecosystemWhere required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $170,175 - $283,625. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations.
