The Drug Project Coordinator (DPC) role is responsible for providing project coordination support to enable the delivery of drug development projects. In this role, the DPC works with Project Managers, Global Product Leads, and Franchise Heads to ensure each project is managed according to best practices within AstraZeneca. Depending on the project and stage of development, the DPC is a core member of one or more cross-functional teams within or supporting the Global Franchise Team/Global Product Team. This position plays a crucial role in successfully delivering innovative medicines through the drug development process to patients. GPPM Late-Oncology is now actively recruiting a DPC to support our Late-Oncology project teams. You will be part of the GPPM Late-Oncology organization, providing project team and coordination support, and will report to the respective Senior Director, GPPM Late Oncology.Accountabilities

Provide project and administrative support to cross-functional project teams (and non-drug project teams where applicable) in close collaboration with the Global Product Manager, Global Product Lead, and/or Franchise Head to facilitate cross-functional activities where project coordination is required.Coordinate cross-functional team meetings (schedule, draft and distribute agenda, read-ahead materials, presentations, and meeting minutes).Lead and coordinate logistics relating to face-to-face project team meetings.Governance presentation logistics and management.Support logistics in connection to major project milestones such as study readouts (FUSIS read-out simulation exercise, Restricted Persons List, Confidentiality list).Proactively establish and maintain information management practices in accordance with standard methodology, under the mentorship of the Information Management Lead.Manage/revise key project documents and templates (e.g., Team structure, on/off boarding, etc.).Contribute to creating an efficient and high-performing team, and good cross-team collaboration.Generate budget reports to enable the Global Product Managers to highlight deviations to ensure projects align with governance-approved budgets.Preparation of PLANIT and Tableau/PowerBI reports.Team support, administration, and logistics in connection to major and material study readouts and regulatory submissions.Independently and proactively resolve issues and challenges relating to general and administrative requirements of project teams. Actively search for continuous improvement in all areas to simplify ways of working and improve efficiency.Work collaboratively with Global Project Managers and other project team members to deliver consistent and professional support.Essential Skills/Experience

Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, sub-teams, and large projects.Experience managing data in enterprise systems.Experience working in a fast-paced global environment balancing competing priorities.Experience providing high-quality, professional support, working proactively and independently without day-to-day direction.Experience handling sensitive information in a confidential and discrete manner.Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects or tasks simultaneously and efficiently, identifying high-priority and urgent tasks for immediate action so that all activities are completed accurately and on time.Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to meet changing business demands.Demonstrate proficiency with a variety of virtual meeting technologies, information management software, and Microsoft products.Desirable Skills/Experience

Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline.Proven project management skills within pharma, biotech or large industry experience.Open, transparent, proactive communication.Successful track record of delivery and keeping teams on track and organized.Strong Information management skills including use of modern IM tools such as SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and OneNote.Interest in a career path within Project Management organization.Great People want to Work with us!
