Key Role:Research and negotiate major organizational contracts and procurements. Apply advanced consulting and extensive technical expertise and full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction, and mentor and supervise team members. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.Basic Qualifications:10+ years of experience with procurement in defense contractingExperience with evaluating requirements for hardware and software procurements in support of a DoD government Prime Contract, including FAR and DFARS flow-downs, special requirements, and performance work statementExperience with establishing CPSR compliant procurement files greater than $250,000, including small business subcontracting plans, cost accounting standards, and Truth in Negotiation ActExperience with evaluating and negotiating terms and conditions to identify and mitigate risk based on purchase order award type, commodity, and anticipated award valueExperience with evaluating software license agreements to ensure conformance with federal regulations, including GSAM or GSARExperience with evaluating statements of work or bill of materials for completenessExperience with evaluating source justifications to ensure compliance to the procurement award typeExperience with educating on contract requirements and procurement processesHS diploma or GEDAdditional Qualifications:Ability to multitask and prioritize based on demand of requirements or workloadPossession of excellent verbal and written communication skillsPossession of excellent organization, consultative, and problem-solving skillsCompensationAt Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being.
