Senior Business Analyst
Remote - Temporary with Benefits
The Senior Business Analyst position supports the Workforce Intelligence team by classifying business problems; by gathering and performing analysis on business and workforce data; and by summarizing insights in a compelling manner that allows Providence leaders to take action. This is a long term, fully benefitted temporary position expected to last approximately six months.

Required qualifications:
5 years in Independent manipulation, research and analysis of data to test hypothesis and generate conclusions (preferably whole-life cycle of the scientific method).
4 years of Applying statistics and visual display best practices to measure and communicate process performance to non-technical audiences (preferably including executives/senior leaders).
Preferred qualifications:
2 years of experience using modern visualization and analysis tools or coding languages to manipulate data at scale (e.g. Power BI, Visier, R, Python).
2 years of experience in a multi-site healthcare environment and/or business environment.
2 years of Communication of prediction confidence to non-expert audiences when answering questions with no explicit answer (e.g. variability of future predictions).
