More information is available at sphereentertainmentco.com.Who are we hiring?The Technical Project Manager provides support to MSG’s Imaging Systems team, part of the larger Advanced Engineering team, involved with the planning, monitoring and delivery of cutting-edge imaging projects. This role will focus primarily on the coordination and administration of concurrent technology development pipelines and inter-department task and equipment tracking. Other responsibilities include general status tracking, budget tracking, scheduling, note taking, liaising with stakeholders and other routine transactional duties. The ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment is key.What will you do?Create or assemble and maintain project management documents as needed, including meeting minutes, action items, trackers, status updates, and other external-facing documentation.Coordinate with applicable stakeholders and departments throughout each project, i.e. procurement, finance, contracts, and other technical groups to ensure transparency and operable communication.Manage or coordinate the compilation, presentation and timely processing of vendor quotes, bid waivers, invoices and other contractual documentation as needed.Assist with the formation and implementation of an internal Jira-based service management system for issue and equipment tracking, including the ongoing usage thereof.Manage additionally assigned portions of scope, schedule and budget, including the processes thereof, for Imaging Systems activities.Complete routine administrative duties as needed.What do you need to succeed?Strong familiarity with Jira and/or Atlassian suite.Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills in English.Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.Experience coordinating projects and assignment of resources.Effective time management.Strong inter-personal skills.Special RequirementsPotential domestic or international travel (0-5%).Physical demands consistent with technical equipment cataloging, loaning and storage.Potential non-traditional work hours, given coordination with international vendors and fast-paced nature of projects.At MSG, we recognize the importance of upskilling employees’ talents and strengths so they can drive their careers forward.
